Just finished the video I shot of Dwight, back on May 17th.

It’s hard to believe I’m on my way home today. Finally pulled in about 6:00 in the afternoon. Another long drive, but thankful to be home and in good order!

Today was basically a day off, where we took a tour around base, including a B-52 bomber (the last one built, which was in 1961.) After we worked Kitty—a military dog that Randy is in charge of. Then took Tiffany to the airport for an early departure.

Today was the memorial service for Senior Airman James Austin.

Left Joe’s place this morning at around 5:00 and headed to Minot, ND.

Started the long drive home. GPS tracking was there, but I didn’t download the tracks tonight, so the memory filled up and started deleting from the beginning. It was a long day - only had about 4 hours of sleep, but made it just fine.

Today was calling hours for James Austin and Levi Masalin. The family had a private time first, then from 4:00 to 8:00pm was open to the public.

This morning I was working on the tranny, but afterwards decided to take off and cut a tree for Larry. Jarry and Isaac were able to help, and was very thankful for that! Even still, it took us 4 hours to get this down. The tree was over the house, and there wasn’t room to drop it. So, we had to cut and lower limbs as we went. Just takes time to do all that. Plus, being on such an angle made it difficult to climb. Thankfully, all was well in the end!

Started working on the Corolla today—pulled the tranny and started taking it apart. Didn’t take long to find the bad bearing, and thankful it wasn’t too hard to get to. Later I put on new struts in the back and a new clutch. Thank you, Fred, for all your help in getting this done!!

Finished driving to CT today, and made it for the rehearsal.

Day of driving. Left at around 4:00 am, and arrived in Bainbridge, PA at around 6-7:00?

I went to spend some time with Jamie, Chris, Sarah, Josh, Teresa, Paige, Sally, Ian, Bob, Valerie, Doug and Audre. But I didn’t get pictures of them all… probably because not everyone had a cow. I’m not sure why.

Worked on the dyno today (re-packaging things to help get it out of the wind.) The idea was that I’d get better mileage on the way home. I don’t think it did much to help, though it might have.
After, I took some shots / videos of Dwight planting sweet corn with his 4020.
