Getting Strated
You can see rebar sticking out of the ground, where there are cement pilings 5' deep. This is the basic footing for the building, and the forms spread out will be for a 2' x 8" cement wall w/ rebar to make the 'grade beam.' This grade beam will be the foundation for the building.
