This is the mountain, that in 1903, it gave way, and slid over the edge of the town of Frank.
Henceforth, the name of the slide is Frank slide. You can see, on the right side, part of the slide of limestone
rocks and boulders. The momentum of the slide pushed these rocks up the valley on the other side,
instead of piling up on the bottom.
